Times have changed and being flexible is on the rise. We are not always able to make a 30-minute commute to an appointment, take care of parental responsibilities, engage in self care, nor follow-up with pending action items from the workday.

 

At Expressive Thoughts, PLLC, we are cognizant and respectful of our client's time. Therefore, we offer Telehealth services. Telehealth allows our clients to have a video session instead of an in-office session. The client and counselor connect via a secure, HIPPA compliant platform, that provides audio and video connectivity for the appointment. Some restrictions apply due to state and insurance requirements.
